The flight instructor has the most important job in the entire aviation industry,
for he or she sets the student, no matter at what level, on the right or wrong learning track.
Graduates of this complex course are trained to the highest degree in both flying
ability and theory knowledge, so "their" students receive the best training possible.
Many instructors move on to airline careers helped by the discipline and sense of purpose that they gain from this course. Hempels Aviation employ lecturers and instructors who specialise in instructor teaching and student learning process techniques, as well as the most experienced Grade One Flight Instructors in the Australian Aviation industry today. Included are ex-Airline and ex-Air Force fighter pilots with thousands of hours of teaching experience. Flight Instructor Rating.
